A little more progress in the kitchen


Another weekend out of hospital, another few hours work on the kitchen. Plinth, tiles etc in but await the rest of the right handles from magnet in the UK. Knowing their usual performance, the kitchen will be finished well before they arrive!

Although its not finished its in use and what a joy after our first five years here without anywhere proper to cook.

This is the room before we started!

    Hey you've changed it alot! knowing magnet the wrong handles will turn up anyway!

      Aha, you have knowledge of them too. I worked for them for a few years before we came out here, in order to put enough dosh by to survive (the best laid plans etc!). They were badly organised then and they seem not to have changed too much. They are in full non-reply to email mood at the mo. I'm ex-staff and expect nothing else, I wonder how the good old UK public cope!
